Age limit / ID
We have an age limit of 18 for all events unless otherwise specified in the program. Some events have a 20 year age limit. To enter events with an 18-year / 20-year age limit, individuals must be 18 years / 20 years or older and carry valid identification. We do not have a guardianship arrangement, so being accompanied by individuals over 18, even if they are parents or guardians, does not permit entry. There are no exceptions to this rule. Attendees under 18 are welcome at events without age restrictions; please refer to the list of events for all ages here.
At events with an 18-year / 20-year age limit, physical identification is mandatory. Identification will be checked for all attendees assumed to be under 25. Valid identification includes a physical national ID card, passport, physical driver's license, or a photo ID bank card. Digital identification (digital driver's license or Bank-ID) or photo of identification is not valid identification. The photo on the ID must be easily identifiable as the user's.
Misuse of identification (fake or using someone else's ID) will be reported to the police, and the identification will be confiscated. Guests with questionable identification may expect to be denied entry at the door. Please have your identification ready for inspection upon arrival at the concert venue.
Recommended age limits for all ages events:
We do not recommend bringing children under the age of 5 to all ages events, as there may be loud noise and crowding.
We recommend the following age limit for matinee shows (daytime concerts) for all ages: If you are under 14, it is recommended to be accompanied by a sober guardian/adult over 20. Everyone over 5 years old pays the regular ticket price unless otherwise specified. We recommend the following age limit for evening shows for all ages: If you are under 16, it is recommended to be accompanied by a sober guardian/adult over 20. Also, keep in mind that shows may end late in the evening, and guardians should consider whether it's suitable for young individuals to be alone in Oslo city center.
There may be loud noise at our venues, so we recommend bringing ear protection or earplugs. Free earplugs are available at some shows.
